任磊,1993年1月生,河北秦皇岛人,注册会计师,苏州大学企业管理博士。重点关注员工工作压力、主动行为、伦理型领导等领域。目前已在《管理学报》、《Journal of managerial psychology》、《Asia pacific business review》等CSSCI和SSCI期刊发表多篇学术论文。
