刘娟，获美国密苏里大学博士学位，毕业后曾任教于美国密苏里大学，主要研究养老服务管理等；以第一作者发表SSCI期刊论文10余篇，受邀担任Tourism Management（一区），International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management（一区），The Journal of Human Resource Management（二区），Journal of Applied Gerontology（二区），Clinical Gerontologist（二区）等SSCI期刊审稿人；主持市厅级项目5项和横向课题2项；获市级科研成果三等奖1项；独著学术专著1部；获省级教学比赛二等奖和三等奖各1项；指导大学生创业竞赛获省级铜奖、校级特等奖和金奖等，被评为校级优秀指导教师。
